Dentists..

..are like hairdressers, they charge extra for the grooming and treatment, or do they? What I mean is, from my experiences, that hairdressers always add up the sum so the price i something completely else then it was from the start.

I was to the dentist today and I got the information I'm suppose to pay 55 swedish crones because I have 600 swedish crones in insurance. Well, sounds lovely but when I was finished they asked me for 180 crones so I had to ask them for a invoice to pay. Now after I've done some investigation it says the cost is 650 crones to pay a visit to the dentist, and that you get 300 crones each year from the insurance (I haven't payed a visit for 2,5 year). After I did my calculations correctly I'm suppose to pay 50 crones unless.... they charged me extra for cleaning up my evil tooth? I have a cranky tooth in the middle passage of the part below and it became distinguishably yellow. I came to live with it but now I finally got it a really nice clean-up, looking stunningly fabolous. I'll give you a photo as a proof. I'm on the verge to stop smoking and I have to because who wants yellow teeth?

I stopped smoking more than a week ago and I've been doing exercises quite frequently. The thing is that I don't really have the urge for a cigarette when I'm exercising. The hard part was this weekend's party and there were no question about having a cigarette, I didn't even reconsidering to not have a cigarette. Well, the morning upon it I felt so disgusting, and it felt like two cigarettes drag me to the bottom of my well-being. I'm not exaggerating. Now I will have to go out running because I've been doing to many indoors activities today as entertaining you. I'm going to find motivation to do my studies outside and enjoy the last sun of this day. You probably already know we don't have many sun hours these days, and I'm using sunglasses too frequently to avoid getting snowblind. Now I'm in a desperate need for some light therapy. Chillango, thats what I would to.
