Sleepyhead finally gives you an update

Sorry for being a lazy ass but that´s what happens when you are all over the place. I guess I should have a lot of motivation to write since I´ve seen and heard so much but right now I´m just too tired (I landed yesterday night and started my clases today at 8 AM) . I need to recharge my bateries after half-a-year of travelling. However, I want to give my few readers an insight of my Miami trip because you deserve it. Thank you for sticking with me in rought times, and I´ll find my energy in some way. Too bad my photos doesn´t reflect the Sin city Miami is but this is not the last time I went there. I wanna go to the United states more times, especially to California. Well, I wanna go all over the world and I´ve just got started. Now I just need to find myself a job to own some money for my next trip; interrailing Europe this summer, where photo and story is gonna be a lot better. I wanna have an extra job which is concerned with my career-plans, this is journalism but also as a spanish or english interpreter. I guess I could work with food in some way as well since I love it! A food-reviewer travelling the world trying the different flavors of the continents, Mmmm. Sounds like I have big plans but while I´ve been travelling and meeting all this incredible people I´ve learned that anything is possible and to not be scared of anything. Just throw yourself out there! The only thing that might worry me are my slopes of motivation but I know how to get back on track. So enough of my plans & thoughts and more about my Miami trip.

If there was something I was missing in Mexico city it was the beach. My days started with eating breakfast early at the beach when there was barely anyone there.

Then I went on those turistic stuff that I told you I wasn´t so interested in but I founded this Banyan tree (The first tree to the right) which looks like there is a demon standing behind it. If you look closer into the tree behind you can almost see faces in the tree stem.

This city tour was all about the celebrities which is pretty boring til you find the Addams family house between all the posh houses at the so called "star island". How I wonder to walk inside of it.

I also went to Everglades to go on the airboat and see some alligators and the animal life of Everglades. It´s amazing if you like birds and reptiles which I happily do!

In between all the cloudy days I got some days of sun. I think I made it to Miami the only week of the year that it was cold & rainy, so highfive! Actually it was kind of refreshing, for the people who lives there that are used to 25-35 degrees on regular basis!

I also went to Keywest and to the southest point of United states. It´s a city full with houses a-la-New Orleans style in pastel colors, very pretty besides all the drunk turists that hang out there in the middle of the day so you´ll see them in daylight.

When I saw this outfit I thought about Kike for some seconds.......

I also met a sleepy friend!

And then I came home to a beautiful winterland, safe & sound, but with a new haircut which was made by a girl who didn´t speak english neither spanish well. Good work girl!

Conclusion of the journey: I was a superturist! Goodnight sweet folks.
